Neck and neck with Russia, for the win

I would think this image ought to make us want to re-evaluate a few things.

Interesting, although I can't say that lower is better. For example, Sudan has one of the lowest rates on the map, and I don't think we should aspire to emulate Sudan...

Kevin,

Though this is not on the correct posting, I wanted to send my greetings and heartfelt thanks for the eulogy you posted for Heather. Kim had forwarded it to me and I got onto your blog. Though you may not have met Heather in person, you "knew" her as she was. The most incredible woman I had the honor to love. I know she is still watching over all of us - including you. She truly is an inspiration for everyone on how to live. She had an optimism and zest for life as no one had. While her days on this earth were cut short, she touched so many loves in so many ways. I will try to honor her by raising Kylie to be as much like her mother as possible.
I will keep you in our prayers. Never give up and as Heather always did, "thumbs up" every day.

Hi Jim,

Thank you for your comment, it was wonderful to hear from you!

We think about you often (my family here in Denmark, and the rest of the McLean's in the States) and you have our deepest sympathies.

We are so happy you and Kylie have each other and we wish you all the best.

Kevin
