I think this will be the last post from round 8. I feel good today. Have a fair amount of energy and the nausea is on its way out. Still no night sweats, which makes me get my hopes up. We forgot to do the first Neupogen injection last night, so I'll have to make sure I do that this evening. I'm home alone tonight (Mathilde is conducting a 2 day seminar about innovation) so I'll have to jab myself - which I think will be kind of interesting.
Mathilde feels very bad about leaving me home alone (which she shouldn't). To make it easy for me she has basically planned every hour between now and tomorrow night. Kids clothes are picked out for 2 days, they have play dates and grandparents picking them up after school, lunches are planned, dinner is arranged, notes are written with all of the things I have to remember (I better go check that now, by the way). The kids have been pep-talked and are ready to be super helpful. It kind of makes me feel like an invalid :-) But I am happy about it, especially the picking out the clothes thing, cause I suck at and Anna is pretty opinionated.
Anyway, things are going fine so far. Since Mathilde wasn't here to tell me it was a bad idea, I decided to right a wrong and try to get as much shine on my head as some of the sympathy shavers. I went as short as I could without using a razor, but I still don't think I have that shine. Makes me wonder if the others are using some kind of head polish or something.
UPDATE: Looks like I missed a few spots. I'm a dork...
